I’m just really stupid with technology. I need to look at something, like, a bunch of times for it to click. Thanks for checking it, though. And thanks for the luck on the pitch. Didn’t go *too* terribly! 🙂

Mailchimp has an option to make a landing page that has a sign up form on it, if that helps you. Then you can just link to that sign up page. I’ll go check FB and see if it’s there.

I was about to say that I have no idea what that means. Joleene, I am terrible TERRIBLE at technology. I’m surprised this blog is an actual blog and not still just a thought.

Great tattoos! I’m looking at getting another one myself. 🙂 I hope the twitter pitch event went/is going well for you.

I did see the pop-up once, but I have an auto-close reaction when it comes to things like that on the internet so I think I barely glanced at it. *grimace* Sorry. But something to consider is how likely will it be for people who have never visited your blog before to sign up for a newsletter before they even read your content? Perhaps have another method for people to sign up for those of us who practice modal-avoidance.

Yeah, I had the same thought. No one’s going to subscribe if they have no idea what kind of content they’ll be getting. Guess it’s back to another hour or two of scratching my head while I dive into the world of MailChimp. Thanks for stopping by, Loni 🙂
